Fabio Fritelli

Fabio Fritelli is the Managing Director of NEXTCHEM (MAIRE Sustainable Technology Solutions), leading a team committed to sustainable innovation and the deployment of advanced technologies to accelerate the energy transition. With a strong foundation in finance and a purpose-driven approach, he focuses on creating impactful growth and delivering measurable results. 

Fabio holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Rome and an executive MBA from the INSEAD in France. 

Before joining the MAIRE Group, he gained extensive experience in the financing of major infrastructure projects across the globe and strategic management through roles in financial institutions and multinational companies, including leadership positions in corporate finance and business development. 

At MAIRE, he has held pivotal roles such as Chief Financial Officer, shaping the Group’s financial strategies, and MET Development Chairman, playing a key role to steer strategic development, from concept to execution of large-scale projects.
