NEXTCHEM opens a new office in Beijing to strengthen its role in industrial transformation and sustainable technologies in China and Asia, building on TECNIMONT's presence in the Country since 1994
PRESS RELEASEBeijing/Milan – 07 April 2026 – Nextchem, MAIRE's subsidiary leading the Sustainable Technology Solutions business unit, has inaugurated its new office in Beijing, further strengthening the Group’s long lasting presence in the Country since 1994 through Tecnimont (Integrated E&C Solution business unit), thus reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Chinese market and the broader Asian region, a key hub in global industrial value chains.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by representatives of the Italian diplomatic community, Chinese institutional and industrial partners, as well as MAIRE’s and Nextchem’s top management, including Fabrizio Di Amato, Founder and Chairman of MAIRE. Among the distinguished guests was Cristina Carenza, Deputy Head of Mission of the Italian Embassy in China.
The opening of the Beijing office represents a significant milestone in MAIRE’s growth strategy and reflects Nextchem’s ambition to be at the forefront of global industrial transformation in a context characterized by rapidly evolving value chains, reinforcing the technological innovation in the energy and critical raw materials sectors.
With this new office, Nextchem aims to work even closer to Chinese customers and partners, thanks to its broad portfolio of sustainable technologies with solutions tailored to local market needs.
