We design rotating prilling buckets that evenly distribute liquid urea droplets in the prilling tower.
As the droplets fall downward in countercurrent contact with the upward air draft, heat is removed from the droplets, crystallization occurs and solid urea prills are formed before reaching the bottom of the tower.
The process is optimized to ensure consistent prill size distribution and stable product quality through an efficient cooling performance.
Using an optional seeding technique, the impact strength can be enhanced even further, leading to better resistance to degradation during product handling.
