NX Replast™ is NEXTCHEM’s proprietary technology platform for polyolefins mechanical upcycling, designed to valorize post-consumer and post-industrial rigid end-of-life PE and PP into high-quality recycled compounds.
This technology integrates sorting, washing, extrusion, deodorization, and compounding into a flexible process line capable of producing high-quality recycled compounds (r-PE and r-PP) having a distinct advantage over virgin commodity plastics.
